Penn State tight end Tyler Warren, who was on the short list of best players in college football last season, become the newest Indianapolis Colts player after the franchise selected him at No. 14 in the 2025 NFL Draft. Surprisingly, the former Nittany Lion was not the first tight end selected after Chicago took Michigan's Colston Loveland at No. 10. Warren was a monster in 2024, catching 104 passes for more than 1,200 yards and eight touchdowns as Penn State advanced the College Football Playoff semifinal. The Colts were consistently linked to tight ends in general and Warren specifically, and in the end, they got their man by hanging tight at No. 14. Now they'll hope for something resembling passing quarterback play between the combination of Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson.--Nick Piotrowicz
