Tyler Lockett Finishes With A Dependable Performance
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett has slid right into the role that Doug Baldwin left behind. Undersized and somewhat ignored, Lockett hauled in 82 of 110 passes thrown his way this season, finishing with a 6-for-7 performance against San Francisco on Sunday night. His 1,052 yards won't win him any postseason awards across the league, and his eight touchdowns are right in that sweet spot of solid but not extraordinary. However, when Russell Wilson needs a completion, Lockett is the guy he looks to first. Lockett will continue to be a major player for the Seahawks, and he'll need to be at the top of his game next week in Philly.
