Cleveland Guardians starting pitcher Triston McKenzie (elbow) has been scratched from Friday's start against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The 25-year-old is dealing with right elbow discomfort, so he'll take the night off. It's uncertain if this issue will force McKenzie onto the injured list. Fantasy managers will have to stay tuned for more information on his status. In the meantime, Touki Toussaint has been recalled to make the start versus the D-Backs. Toussaint is a former first-round pick, but has failed to establish himself at the MLB level. He won't be a recommended streaming option for Friday's slate.--Andy Webb
