Treylon Burks Remains Out Thursday
2 years agoTennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) was not spotted at Thursday's practice. Burks also sat out on Wednesday, so he's running out of time to get back on the practice field. The 22-year-old first-rounder suffered a concussion and was forced to sit out last week's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, so he could miss his second straight game in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. If he remains out again this weekend, Robert Woods and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, as well as tight ends Chigoziem Okonkwo and Austin Hooper, would see more targets from quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Burks has played in only eight games (four starts) in his first NFL season, catching 25 passes for 359 yards and one touchdown on 37 targets.
