11/1:Washington Redskins left tackle Trent Williams (thumb) is visiting with a specialist in Pittsburgh on Thursday to determine if he needs to have a procedure on his dislocated thumb or if he can just wear a cast on it and play through it. If he is unable to go this Sunday against the Falcons, Ty Nsekhe would fill in. Williams is one of the better blind-side protectors in the NFL, so losing him would be bad news for quarterback Alex Smith's protection.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
