Trent Grisham Homers, Drives in Two on Friday
Trent Grisham went 2-for-5 on Friday, belting his 13th home run of the year and collecting two RBI in an 8-5 loss to the Dodgers. The former first-round draft pick is in the midst of a career year, hitting .259 with a .386 wOBA and a 152 wRC+. The left-handed slugger is on pace to easily blow past his previous career high of 17 home runs and has been one of the better fantasy waiver wire pickups so far in 2025. The 28-year-old is posting a career low strikeout rate of 21.0 percent with a career high 82.2 percent contact rate and barrel rate with a BABIP in line with career norms, so all signs point to him continuing to perform.
