Trea Turner Collects Two Hits on Thursday
6 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner was one of the lone bright spots on Thursday in a 5-0 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks. Turner went 2-for-4 and broke up Zack Greinke's no-hit bid in the seventh inning with an infield single to first base. The young shortstop is currently hitting .285 with five home runs and 14 RBI through 29 games. He remains an elite player at a premium position and should add to his stolen base total of nine as the season progresses.
