According to The North Jersey Bergen Record's Art Stapleton, University of Colorado Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter will enter this month's NFL combine in Indianapolis as a cornerback. Hunter, who has been projected to go as early as No. 1 overall to the Tennessee Titans in the 2025 NFL draft in April, is an elite athlete that was a two-way player at Colorado, playing both cornerback and wide receiver. Long-time NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. called Hunter a "generational talent" that shouldn't fall outside of the first five picks in this year's draft. "If I'm looking at that, Travis Hunter is the guy, I think. He can be an elite receiver. He can be a heck of a corner, you can figure that out," Kiper said. Hunter had 1,258 yards and a Big 12-leading 15 touchdowns last year, adding 36 tackles and four interceptions as a cornerback.--Keith Hernandez
