8 months agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Toumani Camara (ribs, kidney) will miss the rest of the 2023-24 NBA season. He will be out for a second straight game on Monday versus Orlando, and the team isn't expecting him back due to a fractured left rib and a small laceration in the kidney suffered against Atlanta last Wednesday. Camara was enjoying a strong stretch as a starter before the injuries. The 52nd pick of last year's draft ends his rookie campaign with averages of 7.5 points and 4.9 rebounds across 24.8 minutes. Jabari Walker should see extra action for the rest of the way with Camara out of the picture, especially if Jerami Grant (hamstring) continues to miss time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
