Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken is interviewing for the Jacksonville Jaguars' head-coaching job on Thursday, according to a source. Monken will then interview for the Chicago Bears' head-coaching position on Friday. Both interviews will come before Monken prepares the Ravens offense to take on the Buffalo Bills on the road this Sunday in the Divisional Round of the postseason. The interviews with the Jaguars and Bears are the first for Monken this year, although he's getting plenty of consideration for other head-coach openings around the NFL because of his success running Baltimore's offense the last two seasons. In addition to his coordinator job with the Ravens, Monken has prior head-coaching experience at Southern Mississippi and as an offensive coordinator in the collegiate ranks.--Keith Hernandez
