Todd Frazier Lifts Mets With Big Blast

The New York Mets took their second consecutive game against the San Francisco Giants Thursday afternoon, once again scoring seven runs en route to victory. This time around, however, it was a comeback effort, as five runs in the last two innings pulled them ahead. After tying the game in the seventh at three, third baseman Todd Frazier's two-run blast in the eighth put them ahead for good. Arguably his biggest hit of the season, it was the 33-year-old's fifth home run of the year as the Mets pulled within two games of .500 on the season.
