1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (ankle, foot) was carted off the practice field at training camp on Monday with a left-leg injury. Trainers were checking his ankle/foot area before taking him off the field. It was a non-contact injury, which is usually never a good sign, but especially for Patrick, who suffered a torn right ACL that cost him all of the last season. The extent of his new injury is unknown, so fantasy managers will want to check back on the status of the 29-year-old either later on Monday or early Tuesday for more information. Patrick needed crutches to move around after getting off the cart, so initially it looks like a pretty serious injury that could jeopardize his availability for the start of the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
