2 years agoThe Houston Texans claimed former Arizona Cardinals running back Eno Benjamin off waivers on Tuesday, according to his agents, Drew and Jason Rosenhaus. The Cardinals surprisingly waived Benjamin on Tuesday, and the Texans have quickly scooped him up as backfield insurance behind impressive rookie Dameon Pierce. Benjamin started in Weeks 6-8 with James Conner injured and had 36 carries for 151 yards and one touchdown, adding 11 catches (15 targets) for 72 additional yards. The 23-year-old could eventually become the primary handcuff option for fantasy managers that have Pierce rostered, but he'll have to surpass both Rex Burkhead and Dare Ogunbowale on Houston's RB depth chart first. The 23-year-old remains only worth stashing in much deeper fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
