Terron Armstead Considered Day-To-Day
4 weeks agoMiami Dolphins offensive lineman Terron Armstead (shoulder) is considered "day-to-day" after picking up a shoulder injury in last Thursday night's blowout loss to the division-rival Buffalo Bills, according to head coach Mike McDaniel. It sounds like Armstead could have a chance to play in Week 3 in Seattle against the Seahawks, especially with the team having more time to rest on a long week. The Dolphins could really use some good news on offense after quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered another scary concussion on Thursday. With no timeline for when Tagovailoa can even think about playing football again, backup Skylar Thompson would certainly benefit from Armstead protecting his blind side in his first start in Week 3 in a hostile environment. If Armstead can't get cleared to play this weekend, Kendall Lamm and Patrick Paul would be the options to replace him.
