Chicago Blackhawks left wing Taylor Hall (upper body) was on the ice Friday and has been upgraded to day-to-day. He was initially regarded as week-to-week after he was hurt in Wednesday's clash with the Bruins. Hall has been ruled out for Saturday's contest against Montreal, but it looks like he won't be on the shelf for long. The 31-year-old is hoping to have a bounce-back season in 2032-24 after ending up with just 36 points (16 goals, 20 assists) in 61 games with the Bruins last term. He has opened the campaign on the first line with Connor Bedard and Ryan Donato. Taylor Raddysh replaced him on the line in Friday's practice, while Lukas Reichel was promoted to the first power-play unit.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
