3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (undisclosed) appeared to injure himself after going up in coverage on a deep ball in practice on Wednesday and is being tended to by the training staff. It's unclear exactly what the injury was, but Hilton was walking on his own after going down in the end zone. We'll update you further if this is something worth watching heading into the regular season. The 31-year-old is unlikely to play in the team's final preseason game this weekend against the Minnesota Vikings, even if he didn't suffer an injury on Wednesday. It's a reminder of Hilton's injury risk. The veteran wideout started out slow in 2020 but finished on a high note. Michael Pittman Jr.'s emergence is worrisome, but quarterback Carson Wentz should allow Hilton to thrive on deep balls once again.
