Florida Panthers goaltender Spencer Knight had a special night on Friday as he picked up his first career shutout in a 3-0 win over the Ducks. The young netminder got a lot of help from his teammates and needed to make just 17 saves. He's now gone 3-1-1 in five outings since getting recalled from the AHL earlier in the month. Knight's overall record for the season stands at 12-7-3, and he's registered a 2.88 goals-against average with a .906 save percentage. The Darien, Connecticut native has had some tough times this season, but he's having a strong finish to the campaign and should further boost his number in the upcoming weeks as the Panthers continue to dominate at the top of the Eastern Conference standings.--Taavi Pailk
