Sidney Crosby Remains Out On Thursday

Pittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby (wrist) will remain sidelined for Thursday's home game against Calgary. There were hopes of the Penguins captain making his season debut when he joined Wednesday's practice but it appears that Crosby still isn't ready. Or the Penguins are simply being extra careful with their talisman. They are off to a decent 3-1-2 start without Crosby and don't have to force anything. Crosby should be considered day-to-day. Pittsburgh has another game on Saturday against New Jersey and will then be off until next Thursday.
