1 year agoAfter the Tampa Bay Rays game against the Kansas City Royals on Friday to kick off the second half of the season was postponed due to inclement weather, left-hander Shane McClanahan's (back) return to the starting rotation will be pushed back from Sunday against the Royals to Monday against the Texas Rangers. The 26-year-old southpaw will take the extra day of rest, but it's a big downgrade in terms of the matchup for his fantasy managers. McClanahan went on the injured list on July 1 with mid-back tightness, and now he'll return to a two-start week against Texas and the Baltimore Orioles, two very tough matchups. Still, has earned the right to be a must-start in fantasy lineups at this point.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
