The Seattle Seahawks tendered restricted free-agent wide receiver Malik Turner on Tuesday, giving him the minimum salary of $750,000. Turner caught 15 passes for 245 yards and a touchdown in 15 games in his second NFL season. The 24-year-old has 17 catches for 265 yards and the one score after his first two seasons. He plays sparingly in a run-first offense and is behind the likes of Tyler Lockett, D.K. Metcalf and David Moore on the current depth chart, so Turner has little to no fantasy value entering the 2020 season.--Keith Hernandez
