Scott Kingery Leaves Early Monday

Philadelphia Phillies infielder/outfielder Scott Kingery (abdominal) left the game early on Monday with abdominal soreness. Kingery had a single in his two plate appearances and is now hitting .273/.336/.499 with 15 home runs, 51 runs, 43 RBI and 10 stolen bases in 390 plate appearances on the year. He's been a useful power/speed utility man for the Phils this year, so losing him in the final month of the season would be a big blow. Consider him day-to-day until we find out more about the severity of his injury. He had mostly been playing center field of late, so if he were to miss extended time, Adam Haseley would likely benefit the most from increased playing time.
