Saquon Barkley, Kenny Golladay Out Again Thursday
3 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee) were both missing from practice on Thursday for the second straight day. The Giants haven't officially ruled Barkley or Golladay out for Week 6 against the Los Angeles Rams, but they are both fully expected to miss this weekend. Barkley is dealing with a low left ankle sprain, while Golladay suffered a hyperextended knee last Sunday. Fantasy managers should prepare to be without both players this weekend. Devontae Booker will take over lead-back duties with Barkley injured, but he'll be more of an RB3/flex against the Rams stout defensive line. Receivers Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring) are on track to return after both missing the last two games, while rookie Kadarius Toney should continue to have a bigger role in the passing game with Golladay likely out.
