The New Orleans Saints reportedly are expected to make an "aggressive push" to sign Pro Bowl safety Tyrann Mathieu. The Chiefs moved on from Mahieu during the offseason when the team signed Justin Reid to a three-year deal. Mathieu is a two-time first-team All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowl selection with 26 interceptions, 10 sacks, and 76 passes defenses over nine seasons with the Chiefs, Texans, and Cardinals. The 29-year-old recorded 76 tackles, three picks, and a sack over 16 games for Kansas City in 2021. Mathieu visited the Saints in April, but a deal wasn't reached. New Orleans didn't address safety at the 2022 NFL Draft and could sign "Honey Badger" to fill a need. Stay tuned.--Brad Camara - RotoBallerRead More News
