4 years agoThe New Orleans Saints agreed to an undisclosed one-year deal to re-sign running back Dwayne Washington on Wednesday. Washington has been with the Saints the last three seasons, but he's mainly been a special teams contributor, leaving him with basically no fantasy appeal. The 26-year-old runner has seen just 16 carries in the last two seasons with the Saints, including eight carries for 15 yards in 2020. In his three seasons with New Orleans, he has 43 carries for 229 yards and no touchdowns, while also catching one pass for six yards. Unless injuries wreak havoc upon the Saints backfield in 2021, Washington won't be on anybody's fantasy roster.
