Washington Nationals reliever Ryan Madson has been sent to the DL with a sore pectoral muscle. Madson had been unable to pitch in Saturday's game due to chest soreness. Nationals manager had been using Madson in a setup role ahead of closer Sean Doolittle. Madson, 37, had some bad luck this season, as his actual ERA (4.19) was well above his FIP (2.16).
