Since Jan. 2, Ellis is tied for fourth in the league in goals and fifth in assists while logging almost 23 minutes of time on ice. Ellis leads the Predators in Corsi For with 56.91 percent and has the added advantage of playing beside Roman Josi on the first defensive pairing.
