5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (knee) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Braun said that his knee he injured during the playoffs has been nagging him recently. The Brewers will give their slugging outfielder some extra rest, so he's likely going coming off the bench until after the All-Star break. Tyler Saladino will play left field and bat seventh versus lefty Steven Brault. Saladino has one hit in his last 19 at-bats, so he won't be worth a look on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
