Russell Wilson Frustrated With Offensive Line
4 years agoSeattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson said he's frustrated with the team's offensive line and being hit too much. "I've definitely been hit. I've been sacked almost 400 times. So we've got to get better. I've got to find ways to get better too. I'm frustrated with getting hit too much," Wilson said. He was sacked the third-most times of any qualifying QB last year, being sacked 47 times for a loss of 301 yards. Wilson and the offense struggled late in the year, and he was sacked five times in the wild-card loss to the Rams. Without a first-round pick in 2021, the Seahawks might have to hit the free-agent market to improve their offensive line heading into next season. Despite all the pressure that Wilson has faced, he's remained a high-end QB1 for fantasy managers. If he can get more protection up front, he'll be that much better.
