8 months agoSmall/power forward Rudy Gay will reportedly sign up for two more seasons as a member of the San Antonio Spurs, per Shams Charania of The Athletic. Gay has spent the past two years with the Spurs, having reclaimed his starting role for 51 of the 69 games that he appeared in last regular season. Despite averaging 26.7 minutes per game in 2018-19, Gay shot new career highs both from the floor overall (50.4) and from behind the three-point line (40.2). He will likely remain San Antonio's third primary scoring option behind the duo of DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge, but will continue to have significant fantasy potential due to his consistent contributions in the scoring and rebound columns.--Jesse Borek - RotoBaller
