Baltimore Ravens tackle Ronnie Stanley (shoulder) is officially inactive for Week 4's game against Washington. Not great, as Washington's got a strong pass rush and Stanley's a key piece to this Ravens offensive line. Obviously, quarterback Lamar Jackson is still a must-start fantasy option, but the downgrade to D.J.
