6 months agoSeattle Mariners reliever Roenis Elias notched his seventh save of the year tossing a clean ninth preserving the club's 6-3 lead. The lefty holds a 3.94 ERA with 32 strikeouts in 32 innings this season, but doesn't hold much fantasy value especially once Hunter Strickland returns to the bullpen in the coming weeks. Elias is 7-for-8 in save opportunities, but the opportunities haven't come in abundance making him an unstable save source. There isn't enough in his strikeout arm either to warrant a roster spot in any fantasy formats.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
