Los Angeles Angels relief pitcher Robert Stephenson (biceps) is expected to begin throwing again on Monday. Stephenson continues to work his way back from a right biceps injury that has sidelined him since early June. The right-hander still remains without a timetable, but is likely going to need a rehab assignment before returning to the Angels bullpen. The hope is that Stephenson can be back around the All-Star break. Stephenson doesn't offer enough upside in the bullpen to warrant rostering in fantasy formats right now.--Andy Webb
