Rob Gronkowski Registers Only 43 Yards Against Bills
6 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski caught only three passes for 43 yards in the Patriots Week 8 win over the Bills. Gronk was targeted eight times but quarterback Tom Brady was unable to connect on with one of his favorite targets. Gronkowski is an elite tight end but has battled an ankle injury in recent weeks and the team is cautious with how they expose him in the passing game. The fact he was on the field playing is a positive sign but fantasy owners may want to sell high in the trade market for a player with a marquee name but doesn't look like his normal self right now. Conversely, acquiring him is a risk as the Patriots attempt to keep their best passing weapon healthy for the long haul.
