Dallas Cowboys tight end Rico Gathers remains fourth on the tight end depth chart behind Geoff Swaim, Blake Jarwin and rookie Dalton Schultz despite making a highlight-reel, one-handed catch in practice on Sunday. The 6-foot-8, 280-pounder missed all of last year recovering from a concussion in training camp. He'll need to improve his blocking and needs to find a role on special teams in order to make the team.
