Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (ankle) was listed as a limited practice participant on Tuesday for the second straight day this week. Dowdle has been dealing with an ankle injury for the last couple of weeks but hasn't missed any game action. The 25-year-old could end up being questionable for this Thursday's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, but it would be a surprise if he was ruled out. Dowdle has been pretty efficient as the primary backup to lead back Tony Pollard in 2023, but he's just not seeing enough volume to be a standalone fantasy lineup option. In the Thanksgiving win over the Washington Commanders in Week 12, Dowdle had just three carries for 11 yards but also caught a 15-yard touchdown pass.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
