Detroit Red Wings forward Robby Fabbri wasted no time in making an impact with his new team, scoring two power-play goals on Friday night against Boston. Fabbri was traded from St. Louis earlier this week and started his Red Wing career on a line with Andreas Athanasiou and Valteri Filppula on Detroit's second line. More notably, Fabbri started with Detroit's top power-play unit and seemed to mesh very well immediately. His 13:15 minutes of ice time on Friday was a season-high for Fabbri, and when taken with his new, more favorable deployment, Fabbri becomes an interesting player to keep an eye on. He did score 18 goals in his rookie year before being plagued by injuries, but if he can recapture that scoring touch, he could be a solid pickup in deeper leagues. --Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
