Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen (undisclosed) has opened the season on Injured Reserve but could still play Thursday versus Columbus. The Finnish blue-liner sat out a preseason contest last week due to an unspecified ailment, but he returned to practice over the weekend and looks to have a decent chance of featuring in the team's season opener.
