Rashod Bateman Ruled Out Of Thursday's Game
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (foot) apparently aggravated his foot injury in the Thursday night game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has been ruled out for the rest of the contest. Bateman entered the game with a questionable tag. Before leaving the game for good on Thursday, Bateman was unable to haul in his only target. It's a major disappointment for fantasy managers that had him in their lineups to kick off Week 8 action. Baltimore also lost tight end Mark Andrews (shoulder) in the same game, which has allowed receivers Demarcus Robinson and James Proche II to have expanded roles in the passing game. Rookie tight end Isaiah Likely has caught three of his four targets for 34 yards and would be a waiver-wire target if Andrews is forced to miss additional time beyond Week 8.
