Rashod Bateman Making Progress
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that wide receiver Rashod Bateman (foot) should be running at full speed "really soon" as he returns from Lisfranc foot surgery. Harbaugh said it's possible that Bateman could play next season without the surgical screws in his foot, as long as it's best for him. The 23-year-old pass-catcher only made it six games into his sophomore season in 2022 before being shut down for the year due to his foot injury, and he finished with 15 receptions on 28 targets for 285 yards and two touchdowns. As long as he doesn't have any setbacks along the way, the former first-rounder should be quarterback Lamar Jackson's top target in 2023 and could be in for a nice bounce-back season for fantasy managers.
