5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny (hamstring) was listed as a full participant on the team's estimated practice report on Monday, and he's expected to play on Thursday night against the Rams. After missing the last two games, Penny should be able to play against the Rams this week, where he'll be an RB3/flex in PPR leagues as the backup to Chris Carson. Carson was used heavily in the Week 4 win against the Cardinals, but fumbling issues could eventually lead to Penny seeing more playing time. Los Angeles was just gashed through the air and on the ground by the Bucs and haven't been very effective in slowing down running backs this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
