The Pittsburgh Steelers have chosen Oregon defensive tackle Derrick Harmon with the No. 21 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft. Harmon spent his first three collegiate seasons at Michigan State, but did his best work in his senior season with the Ducks. The 6-foot-4 defensive lineman racked up 45 tackles (27 solo) with five sacks, 11 tackles-for-loss, four pass break-ups, and two fumbles forced and recovered. He'll slot into a formidable Steelers defensive front alongside veterans Cameron Heyward, T.J. Watt, and Alex Highsmith, who were surprisingly middling in the sack department last season (40). The disruptive Harmon should fit nicely in that group with his upfield style, locking down the middle of Pittsburgh's defensive line while Highsmith and Watt wreak havoc off the edge.--Alex Ciulla
