MASNSports Orioles writer Rich Kubatko reports that third baseman/designated hitter Pedro Alvarez left Thursday's game due to hamstring cramping. Alvarez was 0-for-2 with a run scored in the game before he was pinch hit for by Anthony Santander in the fifth inning. It doesn't appear that this will affect Alvarez for very long, but fantasy owners might not want to be patient with the 31-year-old, who is hitting .095 with one home run, seven strikeouts and a .374 OPS over 21 plate appearances in May.--Michael
