Paul Goldschmidt Goes Off With Three Homers
2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt was apparently seeing the baseball like a beach ball on Sunday in the 12-6 win over the Detroit Tigers, as he went 4-for-5 with three home runs, four RBI, four runs scored and a stolen base for a cherry on top. The three-homer performance was the third of Goldy's career, and it helped the Cardinals end their miserable eight-game losing streak. The 35-year-old hasn't been affected by St. Louis' terrible start to the 2023 season, as he's currently hitting .321 (43-for-134) with a league-leading 14 doubles, seven home runs, 20 RBI, four stolen bases and 22 runs scored in 154 plate appearances and 34 games. Continue to run Goldschmidt out in your fantasy lineups every day.
