3 years agoThe New England Patriots have been in touch with former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.'s representatives, according to a source. Beckham cleared waivers on Tuesday and is free to sign with any team after forcing his way out of Cleveland. NFL Network's Kim Jones reported that Beckham is believed to be weighing his options and will sleep on a possible decision that could come on Wednesday. The Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints have been mentioned as potential destinations, too. New England wouldn't be all that attractive from a fantasy standpoint with Jakobi Meyers, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor entrenched as their top three receivers. Then again, it might be an uphill battle for OBJ to regain any fantasy appeal regardless of where he lands after doing very little while playing through an AC joint sprain in his shoulder with the Browns.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
