Patrick Mahomes Off The Final Injury Report
2 years agoKansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle) managed to somehow practice in full all week with a right high-ankle sprain, and he's been removed from Friday's final injury report. Mahomes will suit up in the AFC Championship game on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, although his mobility will certainly be limited. Expect the 27-year-old to get the ball out of his hands as quickly as possible with shorter passes, which could be good news for the likes of running back Jerick McKinnon, receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and of course tight end Travis Kelce (back). The bottom line, though, is that Mahomes' injury will keep him from being the most attractive DFS QB this weekend, limiting his upside pretty significantly.
