The San Jose Sharks have acquired winger Anthony Duclair from the Florida Panthers in exchange for forward Steven Lorentz and a 2025 fifth-round draft pick. Duclair switches teams after spending three seasons with the Panthers and ahead of a contract year. An Achilles injury limited the 27-year-old to only 20 games in 2022-23, in which he registered two goals and nine points. Duclair added 11 points in 20 playoff appearances. He's a proven scorer who posted a career-high 58 points only a couple of seasons back and should be a good asset for the Sharks. Lorentz has been a bottom-six forward throughout his career and doesn't really have any fantasy value. He suited up for 80 games for San Jose last season and notched only 19 points.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
