Pablo Lopez Making Rehab Start on Sunday
Pablo Lopez (shoulder) is scheduled to make another rehab start with Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday. This will be his third and hopefully his final rehab outing. Lopez tossed four innings, allowing three runs while striking out five batters during his second rehab start. He was able to throw 68 pitches during that game, so he figures to be stretched out a bit more on Sunday. The hope is that Lopez is ready to pitch for the Twins by next weekend. He has been sidelined since early June due to a shoulder strain.
