Tampa Bay Lightning left wing Ondrej Palat scored the game-winning goal and had one assist in Monday's 4-2 victory over Carolina. He scored 8:04 into the third period before Alex Killorn made things safe with an empty-netter. Palat had an assist on a Steven Stamkos power-play goal and Victor Hedman also scored for the Bolts. The Czech winger now has three multi-point outings in his last six appearances, upping his season tally to 14 points. He's in an ideal situation to perform alongside Stamkos and Brayden Point on the top line and on the first power-play unit. Palat will get a couple of more matchups next against the Hurricanes before finishing off the week versus Dallas.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
