Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard could be a decent streaming option in Week 10 against Washington. Howard has been mostly disappointing for fantasy purposes but could be in line for an increased role with Rob Gronkowski (back) out for Week 10. The Washington Football Team defense has surrendered the ninth-most yards to the position this year, so Howard could be poised to do some damage downfield. He's too risky to play in season-long formats but could be a sneaky, low-cost option in DFS formats this weekend.--Tim Capurso
