Nolan Arenado Back In There Against Rays
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado (knee) is back in the starting lineup at third base and is batting third in the order against Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Shane McClanahan on Thursday. Arenado was held out on Wednesday due to knee soreness after he was hit by a pitch on Tuesday. Fantasy managers will want to get him back into their starting lineups in all leagues, as he's gone 8-for-28 (.286) with a homer and seven RBI in seven games over the last week. Overall, Arenado is hitting a strong .272/.344/.485 with an .829 OPS, 10 home runs, 39 RBI and 25 runs scored in 227 plate appearances over 54 games played. The matchup against Tampa's ace is a tough one, but Arenado is a must-start asset.
